My poor sick baby! Kendal has croup again with a fever over 102 degrees all day. She is on an antibiotic, oral steroids, and breathing treatments (we actually started those a week ago trying to prevent this from happening). Please pray that she gets better soon, it makes me so nervous when she has breathing issues.

Breathing problems are the pits. Ky had such bad ones that at 2 months and 6 months she had so much drainage that she stopped breathing in bed and Cody had to suction her out and get her breathing again. Yuck! I was a wreck needless to say. So, at six months she was put on zyrtec and shortly following singulair. Both have proven not to be effective enough due to the fact that when her allergies are bad enough we have to prop her up so very far but she still wakes up 15-20 minutes after falling asleep and throws up mucus... So now we are starting Veramyst. What have you guys tried? What has been successful?
So sorry that you are having to deal with this. It seems to never stop,and when it's not one kid it the other. Carson is my guy with big breathing issues, but for the last year we have been using ambrotose from manna-tech. I recently switched to a supplement from Natures Sun Shine products because they are cheaper. I can say that we have had our healthiest winter so far and last year wasn't to bad.
